Each item from JulesnJoe graphics is made to order especially for you. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

If your order arrives, damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photo showing the problem. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Order issues

Please review your size color, shipping address, and other order details carefully before completing your purchase. Because products are made to order we may not be able to make changes once in order has entered production.
